Refund Policy

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

When the initial design concepts for a website are already available, you have made a request. The refund offer becomes null and void once you accept or request changes to the initial design concepts.

If you submit a refund request prior to the delivery of initial design concepts, you can receive a refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

If you request a refund within 48 hours, you can receive a 66% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

If you request a refund within 48-120 hours of receiving initial design concepts, you can receive a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

After 120 hours of your initial design delivery, no refund requests will be considered. However, because we strive for complete customer satisfaction, you can always request free revisions.

If you have not taken any action on your order within 30 days of placing it, no refund request will be considered.

If you want to reactivate your design order, you will be charged a fee (which will be decided after analyzing your order)

Once the final files have been delivered, no refund requests will be considered.

Once website development is complete or the website has gone live, no refunds will be granted.

Once the storyboard design is completed for video animation packages, no refund requests will be entertained.

All refund requests should be directed to the customer service department. For any reason, Brandify Design reserves the right to reject your request. One of them may be a policy violation.

The same refund policy applies to Brandify Design Custom packages as it does to individual packages.

You must have a legitimate reason for requesting a refund. A refund will not be provided unless a concept is not designed according to the brief; however, additional revisions will be provided until satisfaction is met.

We encourage constant client coordination and require client feedback before proceeding to the next step. It is only fair that the client participates and provides feedback in order to achieve the desired results.

Revision Policy

The fixed number of revisions is determined by the bundle you choose, and you can claim as many revisions as indicated in the bundle details. We strive to provide our clients with superior services, so we will revise your project until you are completely satisfied with the results. If no major changes are required or the initial design concepts are not changed, you will not be charged any additional fees.
